1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

• Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of order delivery.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

• We will process return and exchange requests within 3 to 5 working days.

• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.

3. Orders Above Rs. 5,000

• Orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

4. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
